Superb Breakfast

Convenient Parking

The hotel's parking facility was a great relief for us. Even though the fees were a bit high, having a secure spot just steps away from the entrance made our stay that much easier. It was hassle-free to park our car and walk straight into the hotel, especially given the busy nature of the city.

Great Bathroom Amenities

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the good side, the location was superb, making it easy to explore Cardiff. The breakfast was also of very high quality, with plenty of choices. However, I encountered some major issues with the dining experience during Christmas lunch, which was quite disappointing, and the overall service felt lacking at times. Although the hotel offers a great setting and some fantastic features, it's clear they could improve in areas related to service and dining during peak times.
