I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the good side, the location was superb, making it easy to explore Cardiff. The breakfast was also of very high quality, with plenty of choices. However, I encountered some major issues with the dining experience during Christmas lunch, which was quite disappointing, and the overall service felt lacking at times. Although the hotel offers a great setting and some fantastic features, it's clear they could improve in areas related to service and dining during peak times.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, located perfectly for exploring Cardiff's vibrant city center. The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety at breakfast were standout features. However, I faced some disturbances due to noise outside my window and received less than satisfactory service when raising my concerns. Overall, the experience was mostly positive, yet there were some areas that could use improvement.
The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, just a short walk from shopping areas and attractions. The rooms are spacious and mostly comfortable, but I did notice a faint musty smell in mine. The staff is accommodating and resolved my issues promptly. However, the parking situation could be problematic during busy times, and improvements could be made in room cleanliness.
